- Validity
- Gift cards are valid for 6 months from the date of purchase, unless otherwise stated.
- Expired gift cards cannot be extended, redeemed, or refunded.
- Redemption
- Gift cards may be redeemed against services provided by Harley Chiropractic.
- Gift cards cannot be exchanged for cash, used to purchase other gift cards, or transferred to another account balance.
- Bookings
- All appointments are subject to availability.
- Cancellations or rescheduling must follow the clinic’s standard cancellation policy. Failure to attend an appointment may result in the gift card value being forfeited.
- Non-Refundable
- Gift cards are non-refundable once purchased.
- Lost, stolen, or damaged gift cards will not be replaced.
- Partial Use
- If the full value of the gift card is not used in one transaction, the remaining balance will stay on the card until the expiry date.
- If the service exceeds the value of the gift card, the balance must be paid at the time of use.
- Use Restrictions
- Gift cards are for personal use only and cannot be resold or exchanged for commercial purposes without prior written consent.
- Harley Chiropractic reserves the right to refuse redemption if a gift card is suspected of being fraudulent, misused, or obtained unlawfully.
- General
- Harley Chiropractic reserves the right to update or amend these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice.
- Use of a gift card constitutes acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.
