Tracy's journey into chiropractic care began at the age of eleven when she witnessed the transformative impact it had on her parents' lives. Inspired by this experience, Tracy adopted the chiropractic lifestyle and has since devoted herself to helping patients of all ages, from newborns to the elderly, achieve optimal health and well-being.
Equipped with certifications in SOT (Sacro-Occipital Technique), Webster Technique, and Thompson Technique, Tracy employs a diverse range of chiropractic methods to address her patients' unique needs. She believes in a patient-centered approach, working tirelessly to identify root causes of discomfort and to develop personalized treatment plans that align with her patients' goals.
Tracy has a special interest in fitness and sports injuries, drawing from her own passion for physical activity. Outside of her practice, Tracy can often be found in the gym or cheering on her two children in their own sporting endeavors. Her commitment to leading a healthy lifestyle extends beyond her personal pursuits and is woven into the fabric of her professional ethos.
Guided by the timeless wisdom of Thomas Edison's words, Tracy firmly believes in the power of preventative care and the importance of addressing the underlying causes of sickness and disease. She strives to empower her patients to take an active role in their health journey, emphasizing the care of the human frame, proper nutrition, and disease prevention.
“The doctor of the future will give no medicine, but will interest their patients in the care of the humans frame, in diet and in the cause and prevention of disease”. – Thomas Edison
